Writers Write articles (anything you like,really, as long as it's PG), and possibly holding interviews with people.
Designers (help) Create the layout for the magazine.
Photographers Go out into the big wide world to take photographs for the magazine.
Artists Create artwork for the magazine.
Comic Artist Standalone little strips or a little story, it's your choice.
Story Teller Possibly bad at essays but great at creative writing? Write either short pieces or continuousness chapters. Technically a writer.
Reviewer Read a lot? Write a review about a book you've recently read. Not restricted to books: manga, anime, movies, games, music all encouraged.
ProofReaders The victims people who looks for broken links and incorrect grammar (and such).
Website Editor Skilled in HTML and CSS? Your help is needed.

It may not be so obvious, but the magazine is sized 18 cm X 24 cm, a detail which may be important for any form of illustration.
On written pieces, keep writing PG. Word count is unlimited.
